Hello new month! With International Women's Day and Mother's Day both falling in March, this month feels like one for celebrating all the wonderful women in our lives. Whether it is your Mum, or whether it's mother figure, a sister, friend, or partner. It's nice to celebrate those we love. Now, before we go any further we do just want to say this: please do not feel the need to read this blog post if it feels upsetting. We recognise that this can be a difficult time for some and our intention is not to trigger, so do feel free to click off of this blog post onto something else. And in the meantime, if you need reminding then Mother's Day falls on Sunday 30th March.

For tea with Mum...

Sitting down for a cuppa with your mum can sometimes feel like a lift for your soul. Treating her to a special new Emma Bridgewater mug can therefore be a lovely gift for solidifying that tradition with a mug especially for it. We're loving the new designs this year, they've kept a nice mix of their traditional style, plus some newbies like the ice cream one. So fab! (pardon the pun) Alternatively, the 'tea with mum' tray is a bargain at just £6 and serves the exact same sentiment.

Have you spotted the Mother's Day section on our website? It's filled with a whole host of other gift ideas from jewellery, soaps and hand creams, candles and more. One of our favourite gift ideas this year is the new Designworks journal 'The Very Tired Woman'. It could be a great gift for new Mums or busy Mums (which is of course all Mums). Or for an added touch of sentiment, pretty much anything from East of India delivers a meaningful message whilst also looking lovely too. There's just so much choice.
