Last minute gifts for him
Last minute gifts for him
In a couple of weeks time comes the day of the year to celebrate all the special men in our lives. Before we go on, we know this blog post will not be for everyone, so feel free to move away from it and perhaps browse a little something for yourself instead. But if you are taking part in Father's Day this year, then here's a few ideas on treats for your dad, step-dad, granddad, brother or whoever the father-figure in your life might be.
Order by midnight tonight for standard postage to be delivered in time, Wednesday 12th for express delivery, and Thursday 13th for First Class postage.
A Keith Brymer-Jones mug
You may have heard of Keith Brymer-Jones - he's a judge on The Great Pottery Throwdown. He also has his own pottery company and we love the mugs. Their minimalist style and hilariously blunt words often go down really well with dad humour, so these mugs are ideal gifts for them.
Powder mens socks
It's unlikely the men in your life will have socks like these, with their quirky designs and bright colours, they never fail to bring the element of surprise to a gift in the best way. They're already selling out fast though so be sure to grab a pair before it's too late!
Go La La soaps
In keeping with the cheeky dad humour, these soaps are so outrageously funny that even your dad might be left surprised by their potty mouthed sayings. There are now also bath bombs and shower gel to really create a complete set.
A puzzle
You truly cannot beat a good puzzle. We've got some great designs to choose from such as the beer mat one below, beer cans, cars and plenty more. Give your dad an opportunity for some down time with a new puzzle to get stuck into.
A Chilly's bottle
Great for those on-the-go folk, Chilly's bottles and coffee cups have long been a go-to gift for all the family, including dads. They're the type of gift that is genuinely really handy and practical, so you can't go wrong.
An Emma Bridgewater mug
If you're after something a little bit special, or perhaps it's someones first father's day, then an Emma Bridgewater mug is a lovely option. It's not just any old mug, it's a special one to keep forever.
Get it down in writing
We don't tell loved ones enough just how much they mean to us. Get it down on paper so they can read it over and over again and keep it forever if they want.
