Whether you love it or loathe it, throw yourself right into it or avoid it completely, Valentines day is just around the corner. But it's not all bad. After all, it is a day dedicated to love - it doesn't have to be your other half but maybe a friend (ever heard of 'GALentines' day?) or family member, spread the love!

If in doubt, get her jewellery! You can never go wrong with a gorgeous necklace or set of earrings for valentines, and we've got some lovely products from Devon-based brand One & Eight. Whether you want to go for a typical heart design or something more simple, One & Eight definitely provides some beautifully crafted contemporary jewellery.

Emma Bridgewater

Is there any occasion that Emma Bridgewater isn't perfect for? As always, their classic 'Pink Hearts' range is a really lovely valentines idea. We think an adorable idea would be to fill the heart shaped tin with lots of your valentines favourite treats (you're welcome). For a slightly more subtle gift, the 'Pink Roses' range is also a gorgeous one to give - the roses and dusty pink colours match perfectly with this romantic time of year.
