I felt absolutely compelled to email you and congratulate you for providing such great customer service. I think it's easy for stores who offer an online alternative to get sucked into this "pack the parcel and send" but your personal touch of gift-wrapping my item along with an enclosed hand written note really did put a smile on my face after the post Christmas blues so for that a massive thank-you.!!!
